Does MASEco provide PA system hire across all of Brunei?
Yes, MASEco delivers PA system hire, live sound mixing and event audio production nationwide, covering all four districts: Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Belait and Temburong, including Bandar Seri Begawan, Kuala Belait and Seria.
What kind of events does MASEco cover?
Weddings and majlis, corporate launches, roadshows, product launches, and community or public events, each run with a dedicated FOH sound engineer, not just dropped-off gear.
What audio equipment does MASEco use?
Certified hardware from Behringer, Sony, Superlux and Phenyx Pro, mixed live by an experienced sound engineer for consistent, clean coverage at every event.
Is MASEco's sound system rental affordable for smaller events?
No event is too small. MASEco scopes packages for intimate majlis and family functions as well as full corporate and roadshow productions. Enquire for a quote tailored to your event size.
How early should I book MASEco?
It's best to book at least 1 month in advance, though booking as late as 1 day before the event is also possible, subject to Audio Magician availability and the deposit being made the day before the event.
What time does the crew arrive before the event?
The crew arrives 1–2 hours before the event, as it's MASEco's standard operating procedure to allow a buffer before the event starts.
Can MASEco support outdoor events?
Yes, however the venue or client must provide suitable power sockets, preferably 13A, with safe and stable grounding. MASEco reserves the right to refuse service if the environment does not meet MASEco's safety standards, as we prioritise the safety of our team and equipment.
What is MASEco's deposit and cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled by the venue or client. Rescheduling is highly recommended.
Do you offer multi-day rates for events running more than one day?
Yes, we do. However, the client should arrange and provide MASEco with access for storage, parking, and a weather-protected area such as a canopy or covered space. For multi-day events, pricing is negotiable.
How are event photos and videos handled?
For video, MASEco will first check with the venue or client whether filming is permitted before recording anything. Photos and any approved video are used for promotional activities and behind-the-scenes "gig log" content documenting our work. All of this is handled in line with Brunei's PDPO 2025 — let us know beforehand if you'd prefer to opt out, and client information is used only to arrange your event.
